SHIATSU

It serves to tone, treat and relax all areas of the body through pressures along different meridians.

It is indicated for any type of person at any age, does not use any device, mechanical process, medication and works by stimulating the body's natural recovery processes, helping to eliminate fatigue and promote health in general

It is important to keep in mind on the day of the massage:

-Imply light meals

-Don't practice

-Don't consume alcoholic beverages

 

-Don't wear a cotton t-shirt and pants

 

- Bring sidewalk socks
